Terms of Service

To use Techno Meet, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to:

• •Provide your real name, email address, and any other required details
• •Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• •Notify us immediately at support@technomeet.app if you suspect unauthorized access
• •Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We use OTP-based email verification to confirm your identity during signup and login. You must have access to the email address you register with.

Techno Meet offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• •Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card details
• •Subscriptions are billed monthly or as specified at the time of purchase
• •Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •Add-on services (AI credits, extra storage) are billed separately and are non-refundable once consumed
• •All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact billing@technomeet.app within 7 days of the transaction.

You agree to use Techno Meet only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or other users' accounts
• •Disrupting, interfering with, or degrading the performance of the platform
• •Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• •Recording meetings without the consent of all participants where required by law
• •Impersonating another person or entity during meetings or in account information
• •Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the platform without written permission
• •Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension, for any violation of this section.

All content, design, branding, software, and technology powering Techno Meet — including but not limited to logos, UI components, AI models, and source code — are the exclusive property of Techno Meet or its licensors.

• •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• •You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written consent
• •Content you create within the platform (meeting notes, transcripts) remains yours
• •By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service

Techno Meet relies on trusted third-party services to deliver core functionality. Your use of the platform may also be subject to their terms:

• •Razorpay — Payment processing and billing
• •MongoDB Atlas — Secure cloud database hosting
• •Gmail SMTP — Transactional email and OTP delivery
• •NextAuth.js — Authentication and session management
• •Google Fonts — Web font delivery via CDN

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Any issues related to third-party integrations should be reported to us and we will do our best to assist.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• •You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings
• •We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• •We may terminate accounts that create legal, financial, or reputational risk for the platform
• •Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the current billing cycle

Where possible, we will provide advance notice before terminating an account, unless the violation requires immediate action.

Techno Meet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techno Meet and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Techno Meet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or product features. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of Techno Meet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
